C F x BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
lAt the agreement dated October 27, 2008, to provide fuel and
Ohicle maintenance services, by and between Black Hawk County
MIntenance Department and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
asahie is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
o;-execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
