o BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated October 27, 2008, to provide fuel
vices and the reimbursement rate, by and between Black Hawk
Ctunty Solid Waste Commission and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
€, the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
4 —rhorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
