BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Yt the agreement dated October 27, 2008, to provide fuel
services and the reimbursement rate, by and between Black Hawk
g4 my Country View and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
Fame is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
tto execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
