BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
V-h t the amendment to the Occupancy Agreement dated October 27 ,
SUB, allowing Robert and Rita Welter to carry additional
i-nsurance on the homestead portion of the 40 acre farm site
`c mated at 4012 Leversee Road, by and between Robert and Rita
ru Welter of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
ti the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of October, 2008 .
