n J RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY-STATE AGREEMENT
- WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
2 MAYOR.
o BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City-State Agreement dated October 27 , 2008, for Traffic
5'af�_ety Improvements grant in the amount of $68, 133 . 00, with no
logal match, for traffic safety improvements on Easton Avenue at
cc� 14 = Street and Easton Avenue at Hammond Avenue, by and between
#�p, Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo,
ko ,a, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
WZ�;;erloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of October, 2008 .
