BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
` slat the amendment to the Development Agreement dated November 3,

8, for the restoration and rehabilitation of the Rath
cc �Ac�@ninistration Building located at 1515 Sycamore Street, to
��tend the completion date to July 1, 2011, by and between MAKO
41 �Waterloo Corporation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
�g ame is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
ACL execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
