s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
_ That the bid of Nagle Signs, Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
c -amount of $48 , 361 . 80, for the construction of the F.Y. 2009
00 Rrloop Exposition Plaza Signage, Contract No. 755, described in
the-- plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
n for' said project, after public hearing on published notice
:required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
,lowest bid received for said work.
F x The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
-tmtract with the said contractor for the construction of said
:Improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
