0 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
=that the Memorandum of Understanding dated November 10 , 2008 , in
the amount of $3 , 500 . 00 to provide costs and funding projections
for self-funded medical, prescription and dental plans and plan
