MCELROY TRUST AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
C —that the Application dated November 10, 2008 , in the amount of
x.$8, 000 . 00, with no required local match, for funding three
__outreach programs in partnership with Boys & Girls Club of Black
-Hawk County, the Waterloo Community Schools and Bob Hellman, by
= and between RJ McElroy Trust of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
_Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
__ authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
