- = ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Prairie Construction Co. , Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa,
has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished
certain materials and performed labor at a total cost of
$115, 647 . 00 in connection with 2007 Riverfront Stadium East
Concession Renovations Project in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
--that the Certificate of Substantial Completion and Recommendation
of Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of November, 2008 .
