s WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Acting
uperintendent of Waste Management Services, to prepare and file
Abid document, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc . , for the construction of the Storage
00 `7Suilding for Water Pollution Control Facility, in the City of
-_Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
^' o _ WHEREAS, the Acting Superintendent of Waste Management
-SSC_ has filed said bid document, specifications, form of
=contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc . , and the Council
, of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
ti NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said bid document, specifications, form of

,are hereby preliminarily approved.
