BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
`A$ FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
sha11 meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Wael ?Q. Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 18t day of December, 2008 , for
the�, purjose of holding a public hearing on proposed bid document,
spez�ications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
S�tgr*ge .Building for Water Pollution Control Facility, in the City
of -Wat-erloo and the taking of construction bids therefore.
,S:ection 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notiee�- of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
