F SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
o CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
s c _ CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE HEAVY
s Y - DUTY BRUSH CHIPPER UNIT.
- ' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
N_ ~ heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of said
City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc . , for the Purchase of One Heavy Duty Brush Chipper
-Unit, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . ,
,-ftpE the Purchase of One Heavy Duty Brush Chipper Unit, which were
`preliminarily approved on October 20, 2008 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November
Y17, 2008 , and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CWATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
=form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One Heavy Duty Brush
r'Chipper Unit in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
`hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008 .
