BRUSH CHIPPER UNIT.
s WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-1009, Specifications, Bid
-Document, etc . , for the Purchase of One Heavy Duty Brush Chipper
7Init in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted
this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
:WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
; is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase is
necessary and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008 .
