RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1011
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF AN AMBULANCE
CHASSIS .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , for
the Purchase of an Ambulance Chassis, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , for the
Purchase of an Ambulance Chassis, which were preliminarily
approved on October 20, 2008 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November
17, 2008 , and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of an Ambulance Chassis
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008 .
