H RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH PURCHASE OF AN AMBULANCE
s CHASSIS .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-1011, Specifications, Bid
Document, etc . , for the Purchase of an Ambulance Chassis in the
-City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
_is so ordered on motion by this Council that -the said purchase is
necessary and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008 .
