RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
;' ¢ tr SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
0 0 CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE COLLECTION STORAGE FOR
<_ CENTER FOR THE ARTS, PHASE II AND PHASE III.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Director of Cultural & Arts Commission
of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document,
farm of contract, etc . , for the Collection Storage for Center For
The Arts, Phase II and Phase III, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and -
WHEREAS, said Director of Cultural & Arts Commission did file
sid preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
etc . , for the Collection Storage for Center For The Arts, Phase II
at4_ Phase III, which were preliminarily approved on October 20,
2'}08 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November
17 ,J2008 , and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc . , for the Collection Storage For Center For
The Arts, Phase II and Phase III, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008 .
