RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
�E CONJUNCTION WITH THE COLLECTION STORAGE FOR
s CENTER FOR THE ARTS, PHASE II AND PHASE III .
S: `^ x WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-1013 , Specifications, Bid
_Document, etc . , for the Collection Storage for Center For The
C11 iArts, Phase II and Phase III, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
_been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
0C prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
q WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
: is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase is
_:necessary and the same is hereby approved.
