RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO POM
F INCORPORATED OF RUSSELLVILLE, ARKANSAS FOR

EQUIPMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $32 , 501 . 00 .
o s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of POM Incorporated of Russellville, Arkansas,
« in the amount of $32 , 501 . 00, for the Purchase of 100 Parking
-Meters and Related Equipment, described in the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project, after public hearing on published notice required by law,
= be and is hereby accepted.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
_,improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008 .
