c, RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF CEDAR VALLEY
n s CORPORATION FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
O n n ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .

WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation is performing work within
the city limits of the City of Waterloo in conjunction with F.Y.
2008 West Commercial Street Extension, River Road Relocation, and
c Storm Water Pump Station, Contract No. 720 , and
a-
WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
--Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094 , and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance effective from November 17, 2008 through September 1,
;2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
-WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Cedar Valley Corporation for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise Ordinance be and the same
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008 .
