That the Annual Financial Report of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa for Fiscal Year Ended June 30 , 2008 , as required by Iowa
Code 384 . 22 , be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and the same
hereby directed to transmit said report to the Auditor of the
State of Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008 .
