BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
_mat the Professional Services Agreement dated November 17 , 2008 ,
v s in the amount of $18 , 112 . 50 for preliminary site and structure
design for the new Fire Station 48 , by and between Struxture
m Architect of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
.and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
G_"ecute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
