BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to the Jumpstart Small Business Assistance
c Program Agreement, dated November 17 , 2008 , to allocate remaining
funds to the city for a total amount of $683 , 768 . 00, by and
between Iowa Department of Economic Development, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
a-uthorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
_Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of. November, 2008 .
