- - RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING BID
DOCUMENT, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR 2008 DOG PARK
m FENCING PROJECT.

= ~ WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
!e,?vices Director to prepare and file bid document,
s�pDDcifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc- , for the 2008 Dog Park Fencing Project in the City of
Taterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
�j?ecifications, bid document, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAt'ERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
e9ntract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same
are hereby preliminarily approved.
