w BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
=-AS-FOLLOWS :
--Section 1-. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
-meet at..-City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa
at '5 : 30_-p.m. on the 8th day of December, 2008 , for the purpose of
considering and acting upon a proposed development agreement with
Roosevelt Roby dba Contemporary Urban Development to sell and
convey for $3 , 600 . 00, plus costs, a 59 x 139 or 4 , 720 square foot
` city-owned lot generally located at 132 Sumner Street, and
legally described as follows :
HAMMOND & HOPKINS ADDITION EAST- 59 ''FEET NORTH 80 FEET LOT 1
BLOCK 7 , ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008 .
