SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF

CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2009
COMBINATION JET AND VACUUM TRUCK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
he4e ofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
-a City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
CO 4LL�c`ontract, etc. , for the Purchase of One (1) 2009 Combination
a�. -and Vacuum Truck, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

,. ,-- ,,,WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
&elf minary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. ,
€or. c�the Purchase of One (1) 2009 Combination Jet and Vacuum
Tr4c-k, which were preliminarily approved on October 20, 2008, and
Vt:j WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
.Sober 1, 2008, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATF$ZLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One (1) 2009
Combination Jet and Vacuum Truck, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day. of December, 2008 .
