WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-1033, specifications, bid
c` d-o�ument, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One (1)
2-089 Combination Jet and Vacuum Truck, in the City of Waterloo,
Ibjta, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
iTearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
w W�3'ERL00, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
;E3:so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of December, 2008 .
