ti RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
2008 DOG PARK FENCING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-1035, plans, specifications,
Form of contract, etc. , for the 2008 Dog Park Fencing Project, in
C the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
chis Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .

c c NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
