r. RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
H CONJUNCTION WITH THE STORAGE BUILDING FOR THE
s WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY.

c - -S —WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
ire etofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
S-eYv-jces of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
c fo-r-rib of contract, etc. , for the Storage Building for the Water
PO3f&tion Control Facility, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

w WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
plid - file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
�; �tTact, etc. , for the Storage Building for the Water Pollution
Con t-rol Facility, which were preliminarily approved on

WHEREAS, a public hearing; upon notice, was held on
ae-pember 1, 2008 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Storage Building for the Water Pollution
Control Facility, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of December, 2008 .
