RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE

s STORAGE BUILDING FOR THE WATER POLLUTION

s WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-1037, plans, specifications,
fo±m of contract, etc. , for the Storage Building for the Water
Pollution Control Facility, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
ISegn approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
prescribed by statute .
r - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is ' so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
Improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
.specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of December, 2008 .
