BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that -.the 3rd Amendment to the Section 108 Loan Guarantee/BEDI
Grant` Application Budget for the Cedar Valley Riverfront
- Renaissance Project, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor - authorized to submit same to the U. S . Department of Housing
and Ufban Development in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
