BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
C _t the agreement dated December 1, 2008, at a cost of
$,9 9�, 500 . 00, for design services for the Rehabilitation of Runway
L Lighting Vault at the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between
c Ear-th Tech/AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,

- authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
