TECH/AECOM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-- t-hat the agreement dated December 1, 2008, at a cost of
14, 000 . 00, for design services for the Rehabilitation of Runway
1-8x,36 at the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between Earth
T�ei�h/AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15t day of December, 2008 .
