BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
ht- the contract dated December 1, 2008, for Jumpstart Small
Bb��i-riess Assistance Program in the amount of $10, 087 . 50, by and
o be�vl'teen Diane Neebel, 2086 Howard Avenue, and the City of
1Watd1rloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
