SMALL BUSINESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH RONAN
F INDUSTRIES, INC. , 3805 WEST AIRLINE HIGHWAY,
< AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY
MAYOR.

- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated December 1, 2008, for Jumpstart Small
Business Assistance Program in the amount of $30, 388 . 25, by and
between Ronan Industries, Inc. , 3805 West Airline Highway, and
the --City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
