RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
s ACQUISITION CONTRACTS TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
TO THE CITY AND ACCEPTING AND APPROVING

CERTAIN DEEDS.
~ WHEREAS the Cit of Waterloo Iowa has had all the
y parcels
Scribed herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

O° WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcels
-is ,necessary to serve as portions of the Winn Street right-of-way.

T 5 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcels
)!�einafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo,
�qwa, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black
,Hawk County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and the Mayor and
2�:�fy Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in
�behalf of the City and to execute all instruments necessary to
zonsummate the agreement to purchase the properties from the
owners thereof, and the deeds for the conveyance of the same are
ado accepted and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to
for the properties and the incidental expenses necessary to
consummation of the sales from City funds .

Waterloo, Black County, Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence
South 00026' 14" East along the East line of said Lot 1
a distance of 470 . 00 feet to the Southeast corner of
said Lot 1; thence North 89034111" West along the South
line of said Lot 1 a distance of 30 . 00 feet; thence
North 00026' 14" West a distance of 470 . 00 feet to the
North line of said Lot 1; thence South 89034' 11" East
