RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1070
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7) 2009 FORD CROWN
VICTORIA POLICE INTERCEPTOR SQUAD CARS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
Qf contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Seven (7) 2009 Ford Crown
Victoria Police Interceptor Squad Cars, in the City of Waterloo,
"Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. ,
far` the Purchase of Seven (7) 2009 Ford Crown Victoria police
on
Interceptor Squad Cars, which were preliminarily app
November 17, 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 8, 2008, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
