RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1072
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL DOCUMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO DROP SITE RECYCLING COLLECTION AND
E DISPOSAL PROGRAM.
=` WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare Request for Proposal Document
for the Waterloo Drop Site Recycling Collection and Disposal
.Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did- .file said Request for Proposal Document for the Waterloo Drop
Site Recycling Collection and Disposal Program, which was
Pfeliminarily approved on November 10, 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
Pecember 8, 2008 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposal Document for the
Waterloo Drop Site Recycling Collection and Disposal Program, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same is hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 2008 .
