WATERLOO DROP SITE RECYCLING COLLECTION AND
DISPOSAL PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-1072, Request for Proposal
c Document for the Waterloo Drop Site Recycling Collection and
lZI-Pposal Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has been
'approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
=by_- statute.
= _ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W8TERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
v a so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be made in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 2008 .
