-- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of Prairie Construction Co. , Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $314, 823 . 00, for the construction of the
terage Building for the Water Pollution Control Facility,
�je ;c--gibed in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
mss-- Council for said project, after public hearing on published
;aoE=e required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
4owest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
ttact with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
p�_Oved by this Council .
