RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR JUMPSTART
SMALL BUSINESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH A & S
- PETROLEUM, INC. , 127 JEFFERSON STREET, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
th-at the contract dated December 8, 2008, for Jumpstart Small
Business Assistance Program in the amount of $25, 000 . 00, by and
between A & S Petroleum, Inc. , 127 Jefferson Street, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
-the"...City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 2008 .
