N s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
the agreement for Housing Enterprise Zone Program dated
Divsember 8, 2008, for Whitman Point for construction of a 53-unit
se=ti-Lor assisted living facility for the frail elderly within a
jnterprise zone site, by and between the Iowa Department of
Eco=mic Development of Des Moines, Iowa and the City of
W-t(irloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
autk%orized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
