RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE ADJUTANT GENERAL OF
c IOWA, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC DEFENSE AND THE
s G - TRI-COUNTY DRUG ENFORCEMENT TASK FORCE AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BY MAYOR.
c RE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
the he Memorandum of Understanding dated December 8, 2008,
which=- sets policies, procedures and guidelines for the Iowa
National Guard in support of the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task
Force;_ by and between the Adjutant General of Iowa, Department of
Public� Defense and the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
a-nd the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
Gity of Waterloo, Iowa .
