RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1090
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF
RAYMOND AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-that the agreement dated December 8, 2008, to provide building
in pections and code enforcement, by and between the City of
Raymond and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
aroved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
:seine in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 2008 .
