H o.; RAYMOND AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
m AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-that the agreement dated December 8, 2008, to provide electrical
licensing and inspections, by and between the City of Raymond and
Lthe City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
=end the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
-Behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 2008 .
