RESOLUTION APPROVING PERMANENT EASEMENT

WHEREAS, the Permanent Easement Agreement of the hereinafter
o `-described parcel is for acquisition of property generally located
f*. 136 West Donald Street for easement purposes in conjunction
4 ij:h the West Donald Street Bike Trail Project .

C , r ` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TT,TY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Permanent Easement Agreement, by
