_ RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
s TENNANT S30 SWEEPER.
-- WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Services Director, to prepare and file specifications, bid
sfocument, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One (1)
Tennant S30 Sweeper, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified
c irr the specifications, and
- - . WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 2008 .
