1 WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
r§uOe`rintendent of Central Garage, to prepare and file
Agee-- fications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , for the
�PU't(zthase of One (1) Current Model Year, Single Axle Dump Truck
'With" 12-Foot Box, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
tom' specifications, and
; WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Central Garage has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 2008 .
