RESOLUTION AMENDING FINAL SCHEDULE OF
ASSESSMENTS .

cc BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

o Section 1 . That it has been determined by the Engineer and
the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that certain
o assessments set out in the final schedule of assessments relating
a to the Waterloo, Iowa, F. Y. 2009 Sidewalk Repair Assessment
rProgram - Zone 8, Contract No. 746, should be paid for by the
.ity and, therefore, need to be removed from the final schedule
16f assessments now on file in the office of the County Treasurer
-vf Black Hawk County, Iowa, and on file in the office of the
%uilding Permit Official of the City.
S: Section 2 . That the final schedule of assessments is hereby
t4mended, as shown on the attached schedule, and by reference made
a part hereof .
Section 3 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a
copy of this Resolution in the office of the County Treasurer of
Black Hawk County in order that the County Treasurer can delete
the assessments set out above from ,the assessment rolls of the
County; and, further a copy of this Resolution should also be
filed in the office of the Building Permit Official of the City.
