CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF AN AMBULANCE

,WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
N he'etofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
o pr posed specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , for
-Purchase of an Ambulance Module, in the City of Waterloo,
3rowa and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary
speoafications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , for the
ffur4' ase of an Ambulance Module, which were preliminarily approved
?Tr'(�tober 20, 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
ember 15, 2008, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of an Ambulance Module in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 2008 .
